What rhymes with photosynthesis that has to do with plants?

October 25th, 2009

I need to write a song for science. The line before is " It uses photo-syn-thesis" What would be a good line to put afterwards that Rhymes?

If you can use several words, I immediately thought of "And food from them goes into us" -- as in we eat plants.

To rhyme the last part of the word, say something like " And what a boon they've been to us" -- saying that plants are necessary for our lives as well.
