How to look and act like a mixture between Jack Sparrow and the Joker?

Me and some friends are going to do a "movie" involving us running around in town and visiting shops and talking to strange people, of course while we're playing different characters. Mine is supposed to be a mix between the Joker (from Dark Knight) and Jack Sparrow.
Any tips on how to act like? How to look? Pretty please? 
First, your going to have to figure out your characters motive.
what he wants from people.
technically, joker and jack sparrow are two different characters.
Joker doesn't mind getting into problems and situations as long as he can take others out also or turn people against each other and be a puppet master of sorts, jack sparrow avoids situations but will fight when he has to and just doesn't general doesn't obey the normal rules where the joker likes to make them.
Sounds like your just going for "crazy" though. talk a bunch of nonsense, use your hands to over emphasize things. quick movements, your uncertain and unpredictable and always changing your mind. Don't keep constant eye contact with people you talk to. scratch your head now and then.
Develop a random twitchlike thing of your character, like a sharp shoulder movement or such, smile, play with your hands and fingers.

Watch the movies. lol. Thats the only way I could give you advice (FYI: I love both those characters and Johnny Depp and Heath Ledger!R.I.P Heath.

Im not a big fan of the pirates of the caribbean movies but i can help you with the joker..
When asking people stuff be jumpy and laugh manickly alot like he does in the films.
Get right in the persons face and lick your lips alot
Change your tone of voise but keep it the casual new york accent the joker has.
Crack you fingers and neck alot like he does in the films and dont stay on the spot.
Keep moving, even if your just doing little jumps on the spot, hees a hyperactive charecter.
Try to have a slighly lazy eye in your left eye and change the tempo of your voise when your speaking.
Maybe you could casual critizize the person you are talking to or start of talking to them with a joke.
When you are finished talking to the person hand them a joker card saying why so serious or something?
Ask some people as a joke if your makeup is smudged, or if they have any to lend you?
Try not to give eye contact for a long time always act like your not realy listneing to them but concentating on something elce.
Keep brushing your hair behind your ears and when your walking try not to take notice of the fact people are and WILL be stareing at you haha!
