Did some other actor really play the Joker in the Dark Knight towards the end of the movie?

My friend told me that the last scene with the Joker is some other actor and not Heath Ledger. Is this true?
No. Heath Ledger was the only one. There is another movie where other actors played his role and donated their earnings to Ledger's daughter. I thought that was cool.

No. Heath Ledger was able to finish his work in the Dark Knight before he passed away.
