Does anyone know if there is a place to get like free Joker clips?
No I mean from like the cartoon and stuff…

you need a tv recorder card that connects pc to the tv for recording programmes.

or.. get clips from other sites such as metacafe, veoh, ..

or.. use a web cam and start recording something… or

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine) to create new masterpieces…. then save it as video file such as wmv … finally upload.

this will help you…. Use ‘zillatube’. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mpg videos with windows movie maker. Ensure you use dvd conversion setting for better quality video.

Hey, i just bought Megaman starforce 3 Red Joker. i want to know how to transorm into Red Joker. and last question, am i have to have a real brother to transform into noise or Red Joker?

To transform into Red Joker you need to pass the history, in one point of history, Ace will gave you the "Joker Program" [An Ability, requieres 0 of LP]

Once you equip it you will be able to see a counter over the Gauge, that counter will marks you 0% and in a battle that will be increamented.
That is called "Noise Gauge"

When the Noise Gauge get over 200% you will see an advice on the tactil screen [with the cards] that say something like "Meteor Service Access" you put YES, select your cards and you can transform into Megaman red Joker.

The brotherband’s will gave you an ability called "Multi Noise".

In history you meet Dark Phantom, in that part you can control the Noise and a new form to Megaman come out, the Noises form are 5 or 6..i can’t remember, each one give you a different ability.
When you were n your Nose form, for example "Crown Noise" and you have a brother with Virgo Noise you select the card and select Multi Noise and will have both abilities.

after rachel dawes dies and the joker escapes from jail, commissioner gordon says that the Joker planned to be caught…. this is one of the few things i dont understand from the movie. why did he plan to be caught? thanks in advance.

His reason is simple:

He is sick and twisted. He wanted to be caught so that he can give Batman the ultimatum of saving Harvey Dent or Rachel. He already had an escape plan before he got caught.

I DO! They replaced Rachael’s character. I think Ledger would want the movie to keep his legendary character. I think Joseph Gordon-Levitt should play his character. He looks somewhat like Ledger and would be good to have a non-superstar play as the joker.

I think Mel Gibson could play the Joker – He’s good at crazy.
